Free* Returns Policy

We understand that shoes are a personal thing, and pictures v's trying them on are 2 different things - don't stress we have a very simple returns policy

If you don't like them, or they don't fit simply return them to us straight away.

• Returns must be lodged within 72hrs of receipt of goods
• If you don't like them - that's fine we'll exchange or refund
• If they don't fit - we will exchange or refund
• You must mail the goods via registered or express post (trackable) at your expense. - We will send you the new ones at our expense.

Obviously if;

• The goods don't arrive
• The goods arrive damaged
• The goods aren't of merchantable quality

We will give you a refund or exchange - it's that simple

All we ask is that;

• The shoes have not been worn (only tried on)
• The packaging is in merchantable condition
• The shoes are returned in a reasonable time frame
• The return is logged within 72hrs of receipt of goods
