Can I get my order quicker ?

Delivery of your order can take up to 3 weeks for Australian & New Zealand orders, but they usually arrive within 10 business days.

If you would like express delivery within 10 business, we offer this service at $10 per pair inc GST.

Who is Myshoes.com.au ?

MyShoes.com.au is a creation of Bright Internet Services (Denny Honen T/As) ABN 99 805 157 053. This website was initially created by Bright as a test model for our online shopping website design product, and we have enjoyed the experience so much that it is now core to our business model.

Where are your shoes made ?

Most of the shoes that we sell are made in China (as with alot of things these days), but we are more than happy to look at local manufacturers products.

What if I don't want to buy through Pay Pal ?

If you don't have a Paypal account or else you don't want to use Paypal you can either pay by credit card or else bank transfer

Pay by credit card - simply click on the buy now button & choose the credit card option.

Do you have a shop ?

No we don't have a retail establishment at this stage - although this may change in the near future.

We understand that buying shoes online is a difficult process - and that's why we offer a fantastic returns policy.

Can I track my order ?

You most certainly can - using the my order button you can apply for a tracking code to be emailed to you.

Do you supply all of your products ?

No in some cases we provide content from our affiliate partners, you will be bound by the delivery, returns & other conditions if you purchase from those sites - you can of course trust that we 100% value your custom & wouldn't send you to anything but the top quality merchants
